“ Shirin — which means “sweet” in Persian and is also a common girl’s name — offers a great selection of Persian dishes, including kabobs and stews. For appetizers, I had freshly baked naan served with sabzi (fresh herbs) and borani (an eggplant dish), which were fresh and delicious. I ordered the Sultani Kabob, a combination of beef koobideh and beef steak kabobs. The koobideh could have been a bit more flavorful and juicy, but the beef steak was well-cooked and tender. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The restroom was clean, though it would benefit from an air freshener, improved ventilation, and touchless fixtures. Parking was plentiful and convenient for guests. ”

Emilio was an excellent host, as he recommended some stews to go with the tahdig and kindly tied up our to go boxes. The ice cream was very satisfying as well. Overall, definitely worth the visit! ”

I ordered the hummus and beef kebab, and both were absolutely delicious. The hummus was creamy and full of flavor—clearly made fresh—and the beef kebab was perfectly cooked: juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. Every bite was a delight. But what truly made the experience exceptional was Luis. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in the service he provides. It felt like I was being taken care of by a friend. “ Had the combo koobideh. A ground beef kabob, and ground chicken kabob served with broiled tomato, vegetables, and saffron-infused basmati rice. Must-O Mooseer Plain yogurt mixed with finely chopped shallots, Mast-o khiar Yogurt with finely chopped cucumber, and mint. All were excellent. Great and friendly staff. ”
